Michael Bublé recently opened up about how his son Noah’s cancer diagnosis at age three profoundly changed his life. Noah, now nine, was diagnosed with liver cancer but received the all-clear after treatment.

Bublé shared that the experience “changed what mattered to me” and made him lose the “alter ego” he had as an artist. “I’d become the superhero I’ve always wanted to be,” he explained, but the traumatic ordeal shifted his perspective on life.

During Noah’s treatment, Bublé and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, moved to Vancouver to be closer to her family. The Canadian singer later wrote the song “Forever Now” inspired by his kids.

Despite the hardship, Bublé felt a renewed sense of purpose in his work. As he prepares for his upcoming UK tour, he expressed, “I believe this is the best show I’ve ever done.”

Bublé and Lopilato, married since 2011, have three other children: Elias, Vida, and Cielo. Reflecting on their relationship, Bublé emphasized the importance of supporting each other’s careers, saying, “We just want to be together, no matter what we do.”
