Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan’s 29-year-old daughter, Schuyler, celebrated her mom’s birthday uniquely by getting married on the same day. Schuyler, the twin sister of Aquinnah, had her storybook wedding in the Catskills on June 22, which coincided with Pollan’s 64th birthday.
Fox and Pollan, married for 36 years, first met on the set of “Family Ties” and later reunited for the 1988 film “Bright Lights, Big City.” Despite initial relationships with others, they married in 1988. Fox humorously recalled, “Someone goes, ‘Did you hear that so-and-so aren’t together anymore?’ And you go, ‘Hmm, that’s too bad. Where’s the phone?’”
The couple has four children: Sam, twins Aquinnah and Schuyler, and Esmé. Fox, diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 1991, praised Pollan for her unwavering support, stating, “My wife made it clear that she was with me for the duration.”
On June 24, People reported Schuyler’s wedding in the Catskills. A source described the event as “picture-perfect” despite the heat wave. Guests included George Stephanopoulos, Ali Wentworth, and Jennifer Grey. They stayed at Bluebird Hunter Lodge and Scribner’s Catskill Lodge.
Sam shared a birthday message to Pollan, saying, “Happy birthday Teep!! I love you so much and I’m very excited that I actually get to spend the day with you!!” Fox also posted a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, writing, “In every beautiful way, it’s beautiful Tracy’s beautiful day. I love you and today will be magnificent.”
